Search Pulaski County Jail Records

Pulaski County inmate records are searched first through the county jail roster, which lists current inmates, recent arrests, charge rows, warrants, and bond status. A Pulaski County jail roster search is for local custody after booking, not sentenced state prison custody or federal detention. If a name does not appear online, the next steps are the jail information line, an open-records request, the Georgia corrections locator, or federal and immigration search tools when the custody type has changed.

Pulaski County Jail Roster

The Pulaski County sheriff page links to Inmate Information, which opens the official Synergistic Software inmate population portal. The roster covers Pulaski County Jail custody and has three tabs: Current Inmates, 24 Hours Arrests, and Inmates by Arrest Date. It is free and does not require a login. On June 4, 2026, the Current Inmates tab showed 24 items. A prior web-opened snapshot showed 31 items, which confirms that the count is live and changes with bookings, releases, and transfers.

The Pulaski County jail roster does not replace every other inmate record system. Sentenced Georgia prisoners are searched through the Georgia Department of Corrections, even when the person was convicted in Pulaski County or housed at Pulaski State Prison. Federal prison records use the BOP locator. Immigration detention uses ICE ODLS. Victim custody updates may also be available through Georgia Office of Victim Services V.I.P.

Use Pulaski County Inmate Search

The official inmate population portal is the first channel for someone in the Pulaski County Jail. Start with the legal name if possible. If spelling is uncertain, browse pages or search by last name only. Very new arrests may sit in intake before the public row appears, and a released person may drop from the current list.

  1. Open the sheriff-linked inmate population portal.
  2. Stay on Current Inmates for present jail custody.
  3. Enter last name, first name, or both in the optional filter boxes.
  4. Select Search Inmates and review every matching row.
  5. Use the page numbers, Prev, and Next if the result is not on the first page.
  6. Try 24 Hours Arrests or Inmates by Arrest Date when the arrest timing is known.
  7. Call Pulaski County Jail at (478) 783-4011 if the roster is silent.

The portal row itself is the public record view. It does not require opening a separate detail page. Name, status, arrest date, total bond, warrant rows, statutes, descriptions, charge class, and court labels are displayed in the row card.

Pulaski County Search Fields

The Pulaski County inmate records portal is simple enough for mobile use, but its tab choices are important. Current Inmates is for people presently booked. The 24 Hours Arrests tab is useful when a person was just taken into custody. Inmates by Arrest Date is better when the user knows the booking date but not the exact spelling.

Pulaski County Inmate Profile

A Pulaski County inmate profile is best understood as a roster card. It gives enough information to confirm custody, read the arrest date, check the bond field, and identify charge rows. It also withholds some personal data. Inspected rows redacted addresses and did not show date of birth, age, race, hair or eye color, booking number, housing unit, cell or pod, projected release date, or judicial officer.

Because the public row is expanded on the roster, users should read the full card before assuming the top line is the whole inmate record.

Pulaski County Custody Channels

Local custody, sentenced custody, federal custody, and immigration custody are separate. The Pulaski County roster is the right tool for current jail inmates and recent arrests. The GDC offender query is the right tool after a felony sentence to state custody. BOP and ICE locators should be used only when the case moved into those systems.

Pulaski County Jail Facilities

Pulaski County has one official county jail in the research set and one state prison. They should not be merged. The county jail is the records source for current local jail custody. Pulaski State Prison is a state correctional facility for sentenced adult female felons and uses GDC records.

Pulaski County Booking Process

Pulaski-specific official pages do not publish a full intake manual. The public trail starts when an arrest by the sheriff, Hawkinsville police, another agency, or a warrant brings the person to Pulaski County Jail. Intake creates the jail record. The roster then may show sex, height, weight, redacted address, arrest date, arresting agency, days in jail, total bond, warrant number, counts, statutes, charge descriptions, and court labels.

The 24 Hours Arrests tab supports recent-booking lookup, but no official refresh interval is posted. A new arrest may not appear while intake is still underway. If the row shows NOT SET, the bond decision may be pending. If it shows DENIED, money may not release the person unless a court later changes the status.

Pulaski County Visitation Rules

Official Pulaski County jail pages reviewed did not publish jail visitation hours, video visitation, visitor approval, dress code, child visitor rules, attorney visit process, mail format, commissary vendor, money-deposit vendor, or phone provider. For the county jail, call before visiting or sending money. For Pulaski State Prison, use GDC rules rather than county jail assumptions.

Pulaski County Older Records

If a released person no longer appears on the live roster, submit a written request under the Georgia Open Records Act to the office likely to hold the record. For jail booking sheets, jail reports, and booking photos, that is usually the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office or jail. Georgia guidance says agencies generally respond within three business days or give a written timetable, cost estimate, and exemption basis.

Ask for the booking sheet, arrest or incident report, charge and warrant data, bond record, release date, and mugshot if needed. If a request is denied or redacted, ask for the exact Code section or subsection used for withholding.

For a court file, do not send the same request to the jail and expect a docket response. Pulaski County court records after a jail arrest are maintained through the court path, while the jail maintains custody and booking records. Keeping those requests separate helps the office route the request and reduces delay.

Note: Confirm current custody with the jail before posting bond, scheduling a visit, or sending money.
